We have a fleet of vehicles suitable for all types of requests. Our fleet includes business sedans, luxury sedans, and vans that can accommodate up to 7 passengers. It is predominantly composed of hybrid or 100% electric vehicles.

5. How can I pay?

We accept cash payments as well as major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay online during your reservation for added convenience.

6. Are your private drivers professional and experienced?

Yes, all our drivers are experienced and qualified professionals. They are carefully selected for their excellent customer service, knowledge of the area, and safe driving. Our priority is to provide you with a pleasant and safe transportation experience.

7. Are your rates fixed or based on the meter?

Our rates are transparent. The fares may vary depending on several factors, such as distance, duration of the trip, peak hours, day of the week, number of passengers, and luggage. Our fare calculator available here allows you to know your fare before booking.

8. Are your private drivers available 24/7?

Yes, our private drivers are available 24/7, subject to prior booking (at least 24 hours in advance for weekday services, and for weekend services, we recommend booking no later than Friday before 6 PM). Whether you need an early morning ride, an evening trip, or even during holidays, you can rely on the availability of our private drivers to meet your transportation needs.

9. Do you provide transportation services for special events or weddings?

Yes, we provide transportation services for special events such as weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, etc. Our team can assist you in planning and organizing transportation to make your event even more memorable.

10. What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. We have a flexible cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your reservation free of charge up to a certain time before the scheduled pickup time. 11. How can I contact customer service?

ou can contact us using the contact form on our website or by calling us directly at the provided number. Our customer service team is available from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, to answer all your questions, assist with your reservations, and provide any necessary assistance.

12. How do I find my driver when I am picked up at the airport or train station?

Your driver will meet you in the arrival hall, starting from the scheduled pickup time indicated during the reservation, holding an LIGNE DIRECTE sign or your company name if applicable. Your driver's contact details will be automatically sent to you via SMS 30 minutes before pickup time.

13. I'm running late for my pickup. Will my private driver wait for me?

In case of delay, it is necessary to inform us by phone at +33 (0)4 50 11 18 48 and inform your driver in advance. If it's a flight delay, we will be informed through tracking tools. Additional fees may apply for driver waiting time.
